Do I need to buy a subscription?
Most Petloc8 features-location tracking, PetRings,geofencing, and more -are only functional with a subscription plan. Apart from the Treats, you will not be able to access any features without purchasing and renewing your subscription plan.
How do I charge my Petloc8 ?
A magnetic, two-pin USB charging adapter is included with your device for convenient charging.
Why do I need the Petloc8 App?
The Petloc8 App is where you can view your dog’s location. It also
allows you to activate the Petloc8 device, manage your subscriptions and
billing, manage your PetRings, and use the Treats feature.
Do I need to buy a SIM card for my Petloc8?
No. The Petloc8 device contains an embedded SIM card and the subscription plans cover all communication and data features.
How many Petloc8 devices can I add to my Petloc8 App account?
You can link as many Petloc8 devices to your account as you want. Each device requires a separate subscription plan.
